We are proud to report another fantastic result with grant of planning for the demolition of this existing bungalow, with lower ground floor semi-basement and the erection of a new 3 storey detached contemporary dwelling. The site presented some interested challenges including the close proximity of neighbouring properties, relatively narrow width and challenging topography on a unique site.
Although the topography presented some significant engineering challenges it also provided some excellent design opportunities to help shape the layout of the proposed dwelling. This combined with some outstanding views over Poole harbour and the Purbecks beyond provided an interesting design solution creating a stunning luxury house responding to its environment to really maximise everything on offer.
Due to the challenges we advised the client to utilise the use of a planning consultant. Pure Town Planning handled the submission and liaised directly with the case officer and the scheme was granted planning permission earlier this year.
