PROJECT UPDATE : SELF BUILD REMODEL IN POOLE, DORSET

We are really pleased with the final results of this recently completed remodel scheme. The initial concept for this project was to transform the original 2 bedroom bungalow, into a contemporary family home. The site was challenging and had been previously difficult for agents to sell. With little scope to extend the footprint we managed to deliver over 2,600ft² of luxury space from a relatively small original footprint of 1,200ft². This was achieved predominantly by the introduction of a site fabricated timber frame first floor storey, using exposed Glulam purlins and ridge beams supported on timber posts - no steel required! Full case study will be added to the website shortly.
