We are pleased to announce that our design for this new build residence in Dorset has been granted planning permission. The proposals for this 3,000ft² property in a rural location enjoys 360 degree views over rolling countryside. The clients brief was to achieve a landmark contemporary design with the internal layout taking full advantage of the opportunities offered by the site. The internal layout has been arranged with the living accommodation on the first floor breaking out onto large cantilevered terraces. The design is intended to be constructed in steel frame with concrete intermediate floors, with low maintenance external materials including copper and natural stone.
