We Secured this approval in North Wales recently which enables the Client to build a 470m² (5,058ft²) luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom property on a previously undeveloped parcel of land. We have just agreed the appointment to take the design through the technical design stages to enable the Client can secure tenders and selection of a contractor.

This approval takes out total in Wales to 6 successful planning consents, which includes projects in Swansea, Cardiff, Rhigos and Anglesey.
