It has been a mixed year in uncertain times for everyone. For the self-build industry, we have been fortunate that self-builders have been determined and pushed forward with their projects. We are proud to have provided support throughout their self-build journey, helping to create some fantastic homes for their families.

So far in 2021 we have secured 53 Planning approvals throughout the UK, covering 28 Counties and 36 different local planning authorities. We currently have 17 planning applications pending, for some we expect to get consent before the new year. All these projects are for families wanting to provide exciting new homes and spaces that can help to enrich their lives, providing them with what they love, want and need.

This year we’ve taken on 44 new budding self-builders on new projects. We have continued to work with another 28 providing technical design and support where needed, through the construction phase after securing planning consents. We have seen several projects completed with clients moving into and enjoying their new homes and surroundings.

In addition, we are excited to have secured planning consent across the Atlantic for a luxury dwelling in Boston, USA.
