CONCEPT DESIGN : SELF BUILD REPLACMEENT DWELLING IN WEST SUSSEX

We are really pleased with the design proposals for this new build luxury house in West Sussex. The rear garden of this large site enjoys a South facing garden and distant views over the South Downs National Park. The simple linear floor plan stretches across the site in order to maximise views and natural light to all the principle habitable rooms. The clients brief called for a home that responded to the opportunities the site provides, in a contemporary style but achieving a warm feel using natural materials and textures.
