PLANNING GRANTED : SELF BUILD REPLACEMENT DWELLING IN ALTON, HAMPSHIRE

We are delighted to report that Planning was granted for the demolition of the existing bungalow and erection of a 300m² (3,228ft²) two storey dwelling. The original 100m² bungalow in Hampshire was located on a large plot set well back from the road with woodland to the east of the site and a bungalow immediately to the West. The client's brief asked for a luxury bespoke dwelling that could be built using a pre-fabricated shell in an affordable manner, which is reflected in the symmetrical and uncomplicated envelope. We are currently preparing working drawings for construction to enable works to commence this year and look forward to monitoring its progress.
