PLANNING GRANTED (CONSERVATION AREA) : SELF BUILD REPLACEMENT DWELLING IN POOLE, DORSET

We are over the moon to report this adventurous replacement dwelling has been granted planning permission in a conservation area in Poole, Dorset. The existing chalet bungalow and site enjoys distant views over the Purbeck Hills and a boating lake to the rear. Throughout the design process the clients, planning consultant and ourselves engaged directly with the neighbours in order to deliver a scheme which that worked for everyone. The planning application was submitted and managed by PURE TOWN PLANNING who had an open dialogue with the case officer and achieved support for the proposal with only some insignificant minor alterations in order to achieve a successful outcome.
