TONY HOLT DESIGN | PLANNING GRANTED IN HEMINGFORD GREY | CAMBRIDGESHIRE

This contemporary replacement dwelling new build was granted planning permission in September 2020. Tony Holt Design has completed a full architectural design package and we are currently supporting the Client and delivery team on site. The property is in the Anglo-Saxon village of Hemingford Grey and within a sensitive conservation area. The existing property was a typical 1970’s built property with a negative contribution to the conservation context. This allowed us to pursue a contemporary solution which we hope will raise the standards of design and help create a positive distinction with the historic assets.
