CONCEPT DESIGN : SELF BUILD REMODEL OF EXISITNG BUNGALOW IN BUCKINHAMSHIRE

Really excited with our proposals for this contemporary remodel of an existing bungalow in Buckinghamshire on a challenging site. The proposals are based on retaining the ground floor structure and creating a new first floor storey in prefabricated lightweight timber frame construction.

CONCEPT DESIGN : SELF BUILD NEW BUILD IN DEVON

We recently pitched this concept to a self build Client for a site just outside Bideford, Devon. Many of our featured projects on our website are the end result of a design process we explore with Client's. This includes producing a range of possible design solutions and conceptual ideas. We focus on providing our Client's with fresh ideas which challenge their own in order to find the best possible solution using a collaborative approach. We liked this concept so much that we thought we would share it with you all.

CONCEPT DESIGN - SELF BUILD REMODEL IN WINCHESTER, HAMPSHIRE

Our design for this remodel transforms an existing 2 storey house into luxury dwelling with a classical feel. It is a good example of what can be achieved without the need for complete replacement. The design is achieved through working with the existing structure whilst finding a spatial arrangement that works for the client. The proposals avoid complete demolition of the existing dwelling by retaining the majority of the substructure and ground floor super structure. The uplift in value is delivered through good design and allows the remodel to be viable in terms of the overall investment required.
