3D MODELLING, CGI & INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE
During our architectural design service, we leverage 3D modelling as a powerful design tool to facilitate confident client decision-making. This technology allows us to bridge the gap between our vision and your interpretation by providing detailed visual representations.
On a typical project and as part of our Initial design phase, a 3D model of the site is created enabling us to generate external 3D views during concept and detailed design stages, helping deliver a truly exploratory process. As the design develops and the internal layouts come together, the 3D model is updated and completed in a basic format as set out below.
LEVEL 1 | SIMPLE INTERNAL SPACE MODELLING
At this level an accurate 3D model of the internal layout is provided with the basic arrangement of rooms, giving you an understanding how they the spaces connect. You will be able to experience the finished 3D model which can be exported to offer you static views, a live interactive walkthrough, or static panoramic photos that you can conveniently open and view on your PC, tablet, or phone.
EXTENDED DESIGN SERVICES
At any stage of our partnership you can explore the interior design and decor in more detail by extending our design services to provide additional CGI deliverables, helping you to visualise your home in more detail. For interior design and architecture we offer 2 additional levels (Detailed and Personalised) which you may like to consider as set out below. These additional CGI deliverables can be invaluable for a more thorough understanding of the interior spaces, helping you make informed decisions about the design and decoration of your future home.
LEVEL 2 | DETAILED INTERNAL SPACE MODELLING
With Level 2, we take your interior design preferences formed from images selected by you to establish a clear direction for your home's interior. We then develop and add detail to the level 1 model delivering a comprehensive detailed 3D model, either on a room-by-room basis or for as much of your home as you wish to explore. This advanced model includes detailed elements such as finishes, furniture, and fittings, providing you with a deeper understanding of how each room and space could truly feel. The 3D model is enhanced using a standard library of materials and components selected to align with your preferred interior style. As with Level 1, the finished 3D model can be exported to offer you static views, a live interactive walkthrough, or static panoramic photos that you can conveniently open and view on your PC, tablet, or phone.
LEVEL 3 | PERSONALISED INTERNAL SPACE MODELLING
If a greater level of personalisation is desired, we can review the detailed space modelling delivered in level 2, establish your specific requirements and provide a bespoke model of any chosen area which would deliver as close to the finished article as possible.
After the 3D model is finished, whether it's a simple, detailed, or personalised version, you have the flexibility to engage with it in the following ways:
1. Live Walkthrough: You can take a live virtual tour of the 3D model, allowing you to move through the spaces and experience them as if you were physically there. This interactive feature offers a dynamic and immersive exploration of your future home.
2. Static Panoramic Photos: You can also view static panoramic photos, providing a clear and detailed visual representation of the spaces. These photos are accessible on your PC, tablet, or smartphone, making it easy to examine every corner of your design.
3. Virtual Reality (VR): For an even more immersive experience, we can provide both the live walkthrough and static panoramic photos in Virtual Reality (VR). If you prefer this advanced visualisation method, it allows you to step into your design, giving you a true sense of the spaces and how they will feel.
