Tony Holt Design Replacement Dwelling Approved in Greenbelt
We are delighted to report that our design for a replacement dwelling in the Greenbelt has been granted planning permission in Guildford. It can be a challenge to secure permission on land in the Greenbelt, where there are often strict floor space restrictions. Fortunately the site was already occupied by a 2 storey house with a floor area of 3,500ft². The proposed design secured a 40% increase and also relocated the building on the plot so that the orientation responded to the shape of the site and the orientation to generate a better internal environment.
Construction has already commenced and will be completed later this year and further details will be available on the website soon.
