PLANNING GRANTED - Tony Holt New Build in Dartford, Kent
We are really pleased to report that this scheme located in the Greenbelt was granted planning after a long drawn out planning strategy. Numerous applications in a staged approach, including certificate of lawfulness for permitted development and implementation on site and an appeal finally resulted in success. The outcome meant that a modest 1,000ft² bungalow was able to be replaced with this large 4,000ft² bespoke property. It was a high risk strategy involving a loophole in permitted development that allowed the client to construction of an equivalent internal floor are to be constructed without planning permission.
